Butcher/Meat Cutter
—
Experienced pro with superior knife skills. This is a great opportunity for growth and advancement and top dollars for your skills. Responsibilities include:

Operates meat-processing equipment
-
Utilizes hand tools and power equipment to fabricate meat portion control cuts to specifications.

Prepares, saws, mixes, tenderizes, weighs and packages meat products
-
Provides constant updates to the Lead Butcher on the status of work orders
-
Scrape bones
-
Responsible for the overall quality and consistency of product produced in compliance with all U.S.D.A., and Performance Food Group guidelines
-
Portions cut Beef, Lamb, Veal and Pork
-
Helps in maintaining clean and sanitary work conditions
-
Uses personal protective equipment as required
-
Follows HAACP guidelines
-
Ensures that knives are sharpened
-
Assists in other duties as assigned
Pay range is competitive and based on your experience in a meat processing facility. We want a team player who wants to earn top dollar in a great environment.
The job requires physical ability to work in hot and cool temperatures and to lift up to 60 pounds. Opportunities for overtime hours for a producer. Bilingual a plus.

Meat Packer

If you have strong attention to detail and organizational skills this may be the job for you. Responsibilities include:

Use vacuum packaging equipment to pack meat according to customer specifications

Label packed products with custom labels for each customer

Box packed and labeled products and ensure that all orders are accurate and complete and accurately
-
Adhere to USDA labeling, health and safety guidelines
-
Work independently or in a team setting
-
Have basic computer skills to access order detail and print customer labels.

Harvest Floor Production

Perform a variety of specialized tasks in a warm, hot, humid, or wet environment.
-
Use a hook, knife, saw, band saw or other equipment to perform specialized tasks, remove bones, trim, separate, sort, or cut standard or premium cuts of meat to specifications in preparation for further processing or packaging.

Perform tasks which require upper body strength and constant repetitive movements.
-
Process product according to operating procedures and quality/quantity expectations.

Meet all USDA policies.

Must use proper personal protective equipment effectively.

Must keep work areas clean meat.
-
Inspect meat or meat products and/or packaging.

Facilities Cleaner

We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
Qualifications

US work authorization (Required)

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Clean designated facility areas

Retail (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning)

Processing and harvest (clean and sanitize floors, walls, equipment)

Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

Carry out heavy cleansing tasks

Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
